New felt flat roof Beaconsfield

The solar panels were carefully disconnected and removed from the flat roof.

We then completely stripped the existing old, leaking felt roof and installed new 18mm marine plywood boarding.

Next, we applied a three-layer felt system:

• The first layer consisted of a 1mm underlay, which was securely tacked down.

• The second layer was a 2mm high-performance torch-on felt.

• The third and final layer was a 4mm high-performance torch-on felt, finished in charcoal.

Once the roofing work was completed, the solar panels were reinstalled. The project was finished with a black UPVC fascia and new UPVC guttering, ensuring a sleek and durable finish.
